"I was following up with a previous change to my account (removal,change and additional) to several vehicles. Silvana from Yuma office carefully reviewed and corrected my account to my request in all saving me money than the previous customer service. Very polite and followed up later on a in-house correction on my billing all with in 1hr. Another reason I have been their customer for more the. 15yrs. Thanks Silvana for your help."

An elderly gentleman came in with some confusion about an invoice, and David’s approach was nothing short of exemplary.
